“The S870 snap-action switch offers high-quality switch technology in a compact design. This microswitch is designed as a changeover contact as standard. However, it can be supplied as a single break contact or make contact with two connections. The user can configure the optimal version of their S870 from a wide range of various actuators and connections.
The mechanical positive opening ensures the opening of the switch, even if the contacts have been fused by a short circuit. The self-cleaning contacts also connect small voltages and currents safely and reliably. With dust and water-proof designs up to IP67, the S870 is suitable for safety applications in tough industrial environments: for example, as an end position or position switch.”
